WHAT DO WE DO?
Outdoor bootcamp classes are held weekly usually 3-4 one hour classes per week. Annually classes were held from Late Winter (February or March depending on the weather) ,through the summer and ending in the beginning of Winter (End of November). All classes are currently held at indoor locations.
The outdoor class schedule is on hold at this time Until warmer weather. The current schedule for Spring 2018 is:-
*Saturday, Fergies Bootcamp.
*Thursdays. Fergie's 'Knock out' class
Updates and accessibility to sign up for classes , will be posted on this website and emails will be sent to those on the email list. You can also sign up for classes through the MOUNT AIRY LEARNING TREE www.mtairylearningtree.org.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASSES??.
Bringing a mat, water bottle and a small towel to class will be all that participants need to provide. Weights, TRX straps, heavy ropes, weighted vest, weights, yoga balls and other tools are usually provided during class. Classes are often conducted with no equipment, and the participants own body weight is all that is needed.
SENIOR CLASSES,PERSONAL TRAINING, PRESENTATIONS...
Older Adult Classes are held in local Retirement,Long Term Care Homes, Adult Day Cares and Senior centers. Presentations, Classes and Personal Training are arranged upon request.
