STRETCH 4 LIFE
Class designed to improve the overall flexibility level and balance of the participant
Level one is conducted in a chair with participants standing for the balance exercises. Tue /Thur at 1:00pm. 45 min
Level two is conducted both standing, sitting, lying on a mat with added stretch/Yoga blend movements . Alternative options are always given. Balance exercises are also added.

In Kline Auditorium of Church. 10:00 am-10:45 am , Mon (Level 1)/Fri. (Level 2)
In Studio 1:00pm-1:45pm (Level 1) Tue and Thur.

SENIOR CONDITIONING (1-2)
This class is designed for the older adult aged 75 and up. Exercises are conducted in a chair, standing and moving around the room. The focus of this class is to mirror normal activities of everyday life so that the participant can safely and with confidence, remain independent and active. Light weights and other tools used add effectiveness to class. Participants are encouraged to go at their own level and many modifications are given to ensure success.
Location and time: 10:30am-11:30 Sat. and Wed 1:00-2:00pm
