This Group Fitness class allows the participant to go at their own level as they learn how to move safely and effectively to improve their overall fitness ability.
This program cycles through a specific variety of balance, cardio, flexibility, and agility movements using a mixture of exercise equipment to enable enhanced functionality and improved power in their everyday life. This class includes sports-inspired exercises that improve upper body conditioning, focusing on different muscle groups during “blocks.” Tone your muscles and build overall strength .
