This hour class is designed for the older adult aged 75 and up or the very inactive 65-75 year old. Exercises are conducted in a chair, standing and moving around the room. The focus of this class is to mirror normal activities of everyday life so that the participant can safely and with confidence, remain independent and active. Light weights and other tools used add effectiveness to class. Participants are encouraged to go at their own level and many modifications are given to ensure success.
