FIT POSSIBILITIES (2-3)
This Group Fitness class allows the participant to go at their own level as they learn how to move safely and effectively to improve their overall fitness ability.
This program cycles through specific days of balance, strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and body weight sessions. Participants improve their body and their ability to life unlimited in their everyday life.

In Studio 9:00am-9:45am Wed.
STRETCH 4 LIFE
Class designed to improve the overall flexibility level and balance of the participant
Level one is conducted in a chair with participants standing for the balance exercises. Tue /Thur at 1:00pm. 45 min
Level two is conducted both standing, sitting, lying on a mat with added stretch/Yoga blend movements . Alternative options are always given. Balance exercises are also added.

This is bootcamp! Class held outdoor in the woods 80% of the year. Burpees, pushups, running, climbing , Jumping, lunges etc. Participants always go at their own level. Arrive on time because this class often changes destinations once the class begins.
Designed for fat and weight loss, improving fitness considerably and strengthening muscle.
Location and time: IN PERSON Sat 6:45am-8:00am
Tabata style, Challenging medium intensity class.45 Minutes of cardio and strength exercises . Sets cycle through 60/45/30 sec work /5-15 seconds rest each exercise . Fat burner!
These classes are 45 min. Low intensity, High repetition Movements targeting all of the major muscles in the body. Participants go at their own level.
Lots of Abdominal , Glutes, Chest, Arms, Legs, back, Shoulders…. Bringing each muscle group to its knees. Classes use full body exercises with not weights or others with weights or weighted balls, Tubing or strengthening bands, Large ball, Medicine ball or Kettlebell. (for virtual use These can be purchased by participant from Fergie or participants can get them themselves).

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (1-3)
This is a small group exercise class with challenging but doable exercises. Only 2-5 people in this class. By appointment only. Participants sign up at the beginning of the week to ensure their space.
Mon/ Tue/Thur/Fri at 12:15 pm. -12:45pm IN PERSON
SENIOR CONDITIONING (1-2)
This class is designed for the older adult aged 75 and up. Exercises are conducted in a chair, standing and moving around the room. The focus of this class is to mirror normal activities of everyday life so that the participant can safely and with confidence, remain independent and active. Light weights and other tools used add effectiveness to class. Participants are encouraged to go at their own level and many modifications are given to ensure success.
Location and time: 9:00am-10:00am Sat. and Wed 1:00-2:00pm
