Working with Older adults for over twenty years in roles such as Director of Recreation ( of three different types of LTC home), Fitness expert ( for the University of Pennsylvania’s Falls prevention program Study for older African American), Brain Injury Therapist (for Moss Rehabilitation) and Wellness Manager/Fitness Specialist for Bayada being a leader in servicing this population for almost three decades has provided the deep intuitive understanding and the experience to create a plan of action to execute this mission of success titled , The Efficacy in Aging program'.
