STRETCH 4 LIFE 2.0![]() STRETCH 4 LIFE 2.0Class designed to improve the overall flexibility level and balance of the participant. Level one is conducted in a chair with participants standing for the balance exercises.

Low intensity ,High repetition Movements targeting all of the major muscles in the body. Participants go at their own level.
Lots of Abdominal , Glutes, Chest, Arms, Legs, back, Shoulders…. Bringing each muscle group to its knees. Equipment used, weights or weighted balls, Tubing or strengthening bands, Large ball, Medicine ball or Kettlebell. (These can be purchased by participant form Fergie or they can get them themselves).
