STRETCH 4 LIFE![]() Class designed to improve the overall flexibility level and balance of the participant. Level one is conducted in a chair with participants standing for the balance exercises.
Level two is conducted both standing, sitting and also lying on a mat. Alternative options are always given. Mon 10:00-10:45am Fri 10:00-10:45am MORNING SCULPT These classes are Mon-Wed and Fri 6:00am 6:45am Low intensity ,High repetition Movements targeting all of the major muscles in the body. Participants go at their own level. Lots of Abdominal , Glutes, Chest, Arms, Legs, back, Shoulders…. Bringing each muscle group to its knees. Equipment used, weights or weighted balls, Tubing or strengthening bands, Large ball, Medicine ball or Kettlebell. (These can be purchased by participant form Fergie or they can get them themselves). FOAM ROLLER BASICS 'NEW' dynamic class focused on increasing flexibility,toning the core and improving range of motion.Using the foam roller and stretching strap. Mon 9:00-9:45am |
BOOTCAMP![]() FIT BOOTCAMP
This is bootcamp! Class held outdoor in the woods 80% of the year. Burpees, pushups, running, climbing , Jumping, lunges etc. Participants always go at their own level. Arrive on time because this class often changes destinations once the class begins. Designed for fat and weight loss, improving fitness considerably and strengthening muscle DSAT 6:45AM (60-75 MIN) FIND YOUR CENTER... THROUGH YOGA WITH VAL. Pilates, Yoga and meditation to calm the body and Heal the soul. Note. Reduce Stress and Anxiety, and live a more peaceful life. Sundays 9;30am Tuesdays 11:15am Additional charge. |
FIT POSSIBILITIES![]() This Group Fitness class allows the participant to go at their own level as they learn how to move safely, effectively to improve their overall fitness ability.
This program cycles through specific days of balance, strength ,cardio ,flexibility, agility and body weight sessions. Participants improve their body and their ability to life unlimited in their everyday life. FRI 9:00 AM 45 MIN SENIOR CONDITIONING This class is designed for the older adult aged 75 and up. Exercises are conducted in a chair, standing and moving around the room. The focus of this class is to mirror normal activities of everyday life so that the participant can safely and confidentally remain independent and active. Light weights and other tools used add effectiveness to class. Participants are encouraged to go at their own level and many modifications are given to ensure success WED 12.30PM 60 MIN SAT 10:00AM 60 MIN 'BALL BASICS' NEW!!
