CONDTIOINING FOR WOMEN/MEN
This Conditioning class is designed for the older adult aged 65 and up .If you want to improve your balance and strength, this is the class for you! Movements focus on strengthening the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving reaction time.
Exercises are conducted and moving around the room. The focus of this class is to mirror normal activities of everyday life so that the participant can safely and with confidence, remain independent and active. Light weights and other tools used add effectiveness to class. Participants are encouraged to go at their own level and many modifications are given to ensure success.
